A licensed RN clinical instructor and a state-approved clinical facility have already agreed to supervise clinicals.

Name, phone number, and email address of the RN clinical instructor must be provided at registration.

Facility Eligibility Verification
The facility has verified with the appropriate state authority that it is approved and eligible to host Nurse Aide clinicals.

Ability to Complete Required Clinical & Lab Hours
Student must be able to complete all required lab and clinical hours at the approved facility under RN supervision.

Age Eligibility
Student must meet all age requirements set by the state and the clinical facility. Some facilities may require students to be 18 years of age to participate in clinicals.

Technology Access
Reliable internet access, a computer or tablet, and a valid email address.

Academic Participation & Performance
Ability to complete all online coursework, assignments, quizzes, and exams and maintain a minimum average of 75%.

Facility-Based Requirements (Set by Clinical Site)
Student must be able to meet any facility-required conditions for clinical participation (e.g., health screenings, immunizations, background checks, drug screening, orientation, or dress code), as determined by the clinical site.
