How do I enroll

Fill out the enrollment form. For step by step directions, click here: How to Register for this Class

Once the form is filled out, you will receive a message letting you know that we have received it.

**Note** Some State Approved courses require more than one form to be filled out. (If you are required to fill out any other forms, your instructor or staff will be in touch with you.)

Don’t forget to have your book in hand before the class starts! Not all courses require a book. If the course requires a book, it will be listed under “Book Required,” with a link to purchase it.

How do I pay?

We accept Credit/Debit cards by phone or through our online payment processing system. Click here: My Online Account 

We can invoice your facility if your company is paying for your course. You can also mail a check or money order to us!

What does Open Enrollment mean?

Open Enrollment is being able to enroll in a course anytime you’re ready to take it. There are no scheduled course dates. You can take the course on YOUR time and schedule.

Not all courses are available as Open Enrollment courses. When you find the course you want, be sure and check to see if there are scheduled course dates. If not, it will say Open Enrollment, and give the amount of time you will have to complete the course. (Enrollment will be during our business hours.)

Can I enroll anytime?

YES, you can enroll anytime you want! If the course is an Open Enrollment course, you can access as soon as we put you into the online classroom. If you are enrolled in a class with start and finish dates, we will keep your registration and send you a confirmation that you are enrolled.

When do I have to be online?

Ahh, the beauty of We Care Online courses: You don’t have to be online at any particular time of the day or week. As long as the course work is completed within the time alotted, you can get online and access your course anytime! Night or Day! On your schedule!

Can I earn CEU's while taking your courses?

Sorry, We Care Online does not give CEU’s for courses.

Do I earn transferrable credit hours while taking these courses?

Sorry, We Care Online does not use transferrable credits. We use clock/contact hours. These are not transferrable.

What is in your courses to help me learn?

At We Care Online, we believe the more senses involved in learning, the more you will remember! Therefore, we utilize course reading, videos, games and sometimes textbooks. We also strongly encourage (and sometimes require) using our Discussion Board. Sometimes learning comes from chatting with our peers, who are also taking the course!

I am a Long Term Care Facility. How do your courses benefit me?

We Care Online courses can be an extremely valuable asset to your facility. Sometimes you just can’t provide enough manpower to cover students while they are out taking classes! With our courses, you can have your employees take the required courses online in their off time! They can work at home, the library, or at a computer you provide. We are sure you have lots of questions and we will be happy to answer all your questions by phone or email.  Contact Us

Where is the enrollment form?

When you click into “courses” on the top of your screen, then choose your state and course – look for the button that says “Register for this Course” and click it.

When you click on the link, a form will come up. Fill out the form. Areas with an asterik (*) are required fields.

What is my Instructor's ID and my Course ID?

If your state form asks for an Instructor or Course ID number, just leave it blank. We’ll fill in that part for you.

What is my Student ID?

On your state paperwork: Student ID would be your state certificate or license number. You’ll find it on your card or certificate.

How do I set up my account in Canvas?

We Care Online will create your Canvas account and enroll the you in Canvas on the first day of the course. The system will send you an email with a link to confirm your account in Canvas

If you log on to your Canvas account before the course start date, you will see you have no classes available. This is correct. Your class will be available to you on the morning your course begins. Your instructor will open your account that morning and send you an email.

I have received the welcome email from my instructor, what now?

  • Go to
  • Click into “Log in” then “Your Classes” in the panel above.
  • Login with the user name and password your instructor has created for you. At the start date of your class, you should see you are enrolled. Click into the class you want to access.
  • You now should see the page of the course you are taking.
  • Look to the left and you will see the Control Panel.
  • Click on Course Documents or Assignments. Your welcome email will tell you which one to start.
