Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Texas Tech University School of Nursing and has obtained the RAC-CTA certification, which is valuable for reimbursement and quality measures in rehabilitation and long-term care.

Kristine is married with four children, two of whom are active in the military, one is a veteran now working in construction, and another is pursuing a nursing career after a brief stint in the military. Kristine enjoys spending her free time reading, tending to her flower garden, attracting hummingbirds, and traveling. A personal touch in her workspace includes her 160-pound dog, Jake, who is her loyal companion.

In her role at We Care Online, Kristine supports educators and facilities by ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. She has witnessed many changes in healthcare over the years, particularly the shift towards more acute care in outpatient settings and the increasing reliance on Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
