Meet Jaelyn: July Tuition Reimbursement Winner

Meet Jaelyn: Our July Tuition Reimbursement Winner

tuition reimbursement winner, jaelynWe are excited to introduce Jaelyn, We Care Online’s tuition reimbursement winner for July 2026!

Jaelyn is a high school student preparing for her senior year while taking an important first step toward a healthcare career. Through her Certified Nurse Aide training, she is gaining practical experience that can help her prepare for college and her long-term goal of earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Her story is a wonderful example of how career training can help students begin building valuable skills before they graduate from high school. We are proud to recognize her hard work and reimburse her eligible course tuition through the We Care Online Tuition Reimbursement Drawing.

Congratulations to Our July Winner

Jaelyn stays active in her school and participates in several extracurricular activities. Even with a busy schedule, she has made time to pursue CNA training and begin preparing for her future.

“Becoming a CNA will give me valuable experience as I plan to get my BSN when I go to college. I was very surprised and thankful to receive tuition reimbursement!”

— Jaelyn, July tuition reimbursement winner

We love seeing young students take thoughtful steps toward their career goals. CNA training can introduce students to patient care, communication, teamwork, safety, and the daily responsibilities of working in a healthcare environment.

For someone who plans to pursue nursing in college, that early exposure can provide helpful context and a clearer understanding of what it means to care for patients.

Why CNA Training Can Be a Strong First Step

Certified Nurse Aides play an important role in healthcare. They often work closely with patients and residents, helping with daily care needs and communicating changes to the nursing team.

Although becoming a CNA is not the same as becoming a nurse, CNA training may help future nursing students develop skills and experiences that support their next steps.

Depending on the work setting and applicable state requirements, CNA experience may help students:

  • Become more comfortable communicating with patients and residents
  • Learn how healthcare teams work together
  • Practice professionalism and time management
  • Gain exposure to common care routines
  • Build confidence in a healthcare environment
  • Explore whether a nursing career feels like the right fit

Some students pursue CNA training to begin working in healthcare, while others use it as the first step toward becoming an LPN, RN, or BSN-prepared nurse. Each person’s path is different, but starting with practical training can make a future healthcare goal feel more achievable.

Helping Students Manage the Cost of Training

We understand that tuition can be a concern for students and families. That is why We Care Online offers a monthly tuition reimbursement drawing for eligible students enrolled in qualifying Nurse Aide courses.

To be entered, students must meet the requirements listed on the tuition reimbursement page. These include being enrolled in an eligible course, having the course paid in full, maintaining a passing grade, and submitting assignments on time.

Eligible students are automatically entered into the drawing. Winners are notified and must respond within the required time. Tuition reimbursement is issued by check; textbooks and additional fees are not included.

Facilities that pay for an eligible student’s training may also qualify for reimbursement. Full eligibility requirements and current program details are available on our Tuition Reimbursement page.

Celebrating Students Who Are Building Their Futures

Tuition reimbursement is about more than returning the cost of a course. It is one way we can celebrate students who are investing time and effort in their education.

Many adult learners balance classes with work, family responsibilities, school activities, and other commitments. Their determination deserves to be recognized. We hope sharing stories like Jaelyn’s encourages other students who are thinking about taking their first step into healthcare.

You do not need to have your entire career mapped out before beginning. A career can grow one course, one skill, and one successful experience at a time.

Congratulations, Jaelyn!

Congratulations again to Jaelyn, our July 2026 tuition reimbursement winner. We are honored to be part of her journey and wish her continued success during her senior year, CNA training, college education, and future pursuit of a nursing career.
