No week ever started off well by being a Debbie Downer. Be positive and you’ll be amazed how much better of a mood you’ll find yourself in.
Tackle your inbox.
Delete junk emails. Reply to any unanswered emails. Make it a goal to get your inbox down to zero each Sunday. It makes the avalanche of emails that come Monday morning and through out the week a little more manageable.
Write your to do list for the week.
Control the week or the week controls you. Lay out what you need to accomplish this week on Sunday. This will make it easier to jump in feet first Monday morning and stay focused on your goals.
Clean the house.
Empty the trash. Put those clothes that are sitting in “the chair” away. Tidy up your work area. Starting off the week with a fresh start will lead to a more productive and positive week.
Grocery shop and meal prep.
Being organized and prepared leads to healthier choices. Take the time to grocery shop for the week on Sundays. Prepare your meals and snacks for the week. This will save you both time and money. Make them to-go so you can grab them when you’re running to get out the door on Monday morning.
Reserve some time for yourself.
Spend an hour doing something you love. Catch up on reading or your Pinterest board. Listen to your favorite podcast. Put in a hair masque and take a nap (guilty). This hour of quiet time will center you and rejuvenate you for the week ahead.
