Learn how to become a True "Morning Person".

Many of us are early risers, but few of us actually enjoy waking up in the morning.

If you’re tired (no pun intended) of feeling like a zombie once your alarm goes off at 7 A.M., below are a few lifestyle changes you can incorporate into your daily routine to become a better morning person.
Turn off Your Electronics
Don’t look at your iPhone or binge watch Netflix right before bed. Instead, turn off your electronics an hour before you hit the hay and take that time to prep for the next morning — whether you make your lunch or pack your gym bag. That way, you’re giving yourself and your brain a chance to disconnect and relax.
Set a Bedtime
Get yourself into the habit of going to bed and waking up at the same time every day — and make sure you’re getting six to eight hours of sleep! It’ll train your body to get used to waking up at a certain time, which will eventually make the mornings easier and more enjoyable.
Step Away From the Snooze Button
We know, we know. You want that extra five minutes of slumber once the alarm goes off. But it won’t do you any good because your body has already been disrupted by the alarm. So instead of trying to go back to sleep, use this time to stretch your body and work your way out of bed.
Give Yourself an A.M. Reward
Treat yourself to a little something once you’re awake and ready to start the day!
