Find support.  You are not alone.  Talk with other peers that may be going through the same thing as you are.  It can be encouraging to get help from others who know what you are dealing with and can offer solutions that might have worked for them.  Or talking with family or your personal support group about your stress can be helpful.

Set boundaries.  Focus on balancing work and your personal life.  Set aside time away from work and also thinking about work stress.

Do things you enjoy.  Spend your free time on activities you like to do.  Plan activities you can look forward to and have fun or spend time relaxing.  Look at what activities help you recharge and focus on incorporating more of those.

Exercise and eat right.  Maintain a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly and eating nourishing foods.  Both can provide you with the fuel to keep going each day.

Get adequate sleep.  Sleeping the right number of hours each night for your body is crucial to maintaining your health.  It also can impact your work performance and tolerance for stress.
