Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking a detail-oriented, organized IDR Data Processor to join our Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) team in Wichita. We provide paid training to help you learn our processes, systems, and the federal IDR workflow. You’ll also have opportunities to develop new skills and grow your career within a growing organization.
In this role, you’ll review, validate, organize, and process claim and dispute information to support the federal IDR process. You’ll help keep submissions accurate, compliant, and on schedule. This on-site position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, documents, and structured processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What you’ll do
Review claim forms, EOBs, remittance advice, payer correspondence, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
Validate and reconcile patient, provider, payer, claim, and payment information across systems
Enter and update case information in internal databases and the CMS Federal IDR Gateway
Organize and upload supporting documents according to established standards
Identify missing or conflicting information and escalate issues as needed
Perform quality reviews before moving cases through the workflow
Monitor assigned work queues and meet productivity and turnaround expectations
Support case initiation, submissions, negotiations, settlements, and related processing
Keep accurate records of actions taken
Follow HIPAA, CMS regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in data entry, document review, administrative processing, records management, or similar detail-oriented work
Strong attention to detail and ability to review information across multiple documents and systems
Ability to follow detailed procedures and standardized workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility to obtain and maintain CMS Federal IDR Gateway access
Preferred
Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle management
Familiarity with payer portals, practice management systems, document management platforms, or the federal IDR process
Associate degree or coursework in healthcare, business, or a related field
