What are the necessary skills?

Some essential skills of a certified nurse aide are attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.  Additionally, job knowledge, communication, practice of cultural diversity and teamwork are important.  It is necessary to form and maintain relationships with others and display good customer service.  Skills of patient safety, observation of others, proper documentation and the ability to follow rules and protocol are also essential.
